Leadership, Pluralism and Ecology
The Leadership Ecology Adventure Program (LEAP) is preparing for the DreamCatcher Camp in Powell River, BC – July 20-25.
This six day event will bring together diverse communities of youth from BC, both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal.
The event is open to youth, ages 16-20, who are registered in the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and interested in completing their Gold Residential Project. For information on registration for the Award call 1.888.881.7788 or visit dukeofed.org/bc.
Youth will explore holistic leadership, pluralism and cross-cultural understanding, ecological worldviews from diverse cultures, and place-based learning set on BC’s Sunshine Coast.
ACTIVITIES INCLUDE: PADDLING, KAYAKING, HIKING, SWIMMING, MUSIC, WORKSHOPS, STORYTELLING

REGISTRATION FEE $100.00
